Sunday 20th May - The Tacons Farm - Asapragus & Food Festival, Rollesby

An early start at GISB HQ... A cool and foggy start to the day as we set off to the Asparagus & Food Festival at The Tacons, Rollesby... but the sun came out and so did the lovely people of Norfolk. There were some amazing local food and drink producers in attendance - Truely some of the best of Norfolk producers coming together.

We would of loved to of had a proper look around all the food stalls but it seems that everyone wanted to try and buy our Coffee so we never sat down for hours !!

Not that we are complaining, we met some wonderful people both local and holidaymakers...always great to have a chat over a cup of freshly roasted coffee !!

If you missed out our coffee is for sale at The Tacons Farm Shop

Bank Holiday Weekend 26/27/28th May - Family Time & Reepham Food Festival

Saturday 26th May

Today was about family and not coffee (Well it was drunk and spoken about - we can never have a whole day without drinking or talking about our passion.)

We spent the day with our Aunt who had booked herself a flight on a Tiger Moth aeroplane which flies out of Felthorp Airfield - part of a BIG birthday present to herself and another tick from her bucket list & those Magnificant Men and their flying machines

It was amazing to be up so close and be part of her special day as well as her film crew !!

Sunday 27th May - Reepham Food Festival

A early start to the day with a nice cup of Colombian Supremo (Twin Cam) to start the day. We packed the trusty stead and set off a few miles across country to the beautiful market town of Reepham. Our great friends Simon and Joanne who own the Norfolk Farm Shop at Taverham were opening their new Farm Shop and Deli in Reepham and had asked us to be there along with Kelly and Carl from The Belgian Beer Huis to showcase our products. We set upoutside the shop in the glorious morning sun... Wow come 10 am the crowds decended upon Reepham and the food festival was in full swing - Some amazing stalls with amazing local produce - from Hand Made Chocolate, Fresh Milk & Cream, Ice Cream, Cakes & Bakes, Jams and Chutneys, Fresh Meat, Beer, Cider, Gin etc... A fabulous place to visit and also food demonstrations by local chefs....
